ABOUT TERMITES

  • Termites are destructive pests & cause extensive damage to property.

  • Voracious eaters, they enter our homes from soil through walls to eat furniture, structural wood, paper, books, currency notes & even valuable documents kept in safe and lockers.

  • They also damage clothing,  stationary, rubber, plastic & lead coating of underground cables.

  • Homes with water seepage & dampness are more prone to termite attack.

  • Termites build multiple colonies. So the sooner you act, the better!

TREATMENT

Ultra Pre-Construction Termite Control Treatment

  • The best way to stay termite free is to do the treatment before building is constructed. Treatment is carried out in 3 stages of construction. It commences 2ft below plinth level.

Post Construction Termi Freeze

  • For buildings, flats, offices / BPOs, Malls where wood work is already done.

  • It includes spraying chemical on brick wall before plastering & on raw plywood before polishing/ veneering.

  • Special care is taken where drilling is not possible due to existing furniture.

  • Treatment also comprises drilling holes at wall & floor junction, then pouring in sufficient quantity of chemical & sealing it with cement to stop/ prevent termite entry from ground

Foundation Wall / Slabs

  • Holes are drilled along the  junction of floor & wall at approx. 18" interval.

Wood Work

  • Holes of diameter 1/2" approx. are drilled towards the core of woodwork like doors, window frames, wall panels, wardrobes, shelves, wooden cupboard, etc. in contact with masonry at a distance of 20".

  • This treatment is based on ISI specifications.

  • Make sure your building basement or foundation is properly sealed.
